| This is a 48 scale Hasegawa kit, that is not seen very often in the local Hobby Shops, it is a unique subject, that has the option of folded wings, the subject is an OOB build, the camouflage is all IJ Navy from the Xtra Color range, with exception of the Cowling Bue/Black, which is from the OOP AeroMaster Warbird range of enamels, the subject is weathered using pastels, silver pencil and a 0.1mm felt tip technical pen.
The interior parts all painted in the Nakajima Interior Green.
All painted and ready to close up the fuselage halves.Fuselage joined up. Engine detail and highlighted using a gold roller ball pen.Ready for the clean up of the fuselage seams. Cowling and prop painted and test fitted to fuselage, also test fitting of outer wings. Theatre Band painted to inner leading edge of main wing and decals being added to model.
Toying with the in flight wing option.
Wing fold stays in place and extended wing flaps fitted.
