This range of specialist finishes, are designed purely for airbrushing use and are pre mixed, but they also need a gloss black primmer, in my experiences these paints suit best on Bare Metal aircraft surfaces, there is a limited range for model car bodies and I found the Gloss Black Model Master is best as the undercoat primmer. This manufacturer also produce their own top coat finishes, such as High Gloss or Flat.
