Southern Model Club had their display table allocation directly behind Whitlesea Club and directly opposite AeroWorks and ModelArt Australia Magazine, Frank Morgan spoke to me on the Saturday Morning in regard to our model club, {Frank once worked with me many years ago at VHC} and offered to write a small article on our Club, to which I gave him a brief insight of the club's history from our newsletter, I invited Frank to be part of our Competition weekend, [but he will be at the Canberra Model Expo, which is on the same weekend]. The magazine issue Frank was referring to for our article, is the Aug-Sept issue, I will keep all members informed of this publication.
I also spoke to the Australian Agents of the Card Only model ship subjects about being at our November Competition weekend, they were pleased to be invited and will contact me closer to the November date.
