Meet Tilly

This unique 35 scale Tamiya kit was given to me by Glen, saying it needs to be finished off and keep it. Well it appeared in bits in it's own box, what you see is how the model arrived but I have put the canvas tarp on the back, as a means of keeping the tailgate up.




Maybe it will be finished by November.


The rear tarp cover was recently painted in the camouflage scheme, using lighter shades of both the Middle Stone and Dark Brown, to replicate the difference from the canvas and metal finishes.
The bridge weight has been added, now all that is left is the White blackout boarder applied to the front and rear bumper bars and the mechanical hand turn signal on the left hand fender.






Only thing now is to apply some Dullcoat and Weathering, add the missing windows and wipers.

Getting there slowly.
